Privacy Policy

1. General

This Policy is published by Future Tech Corporation (the "Operator"), located at 2/13a Shiryamova St., Irkutsk, 664003, Russia.

The Policy is based on the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and takes into account the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Chinese Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) for users from those regions.

2. Data we process

• Information you submit through forms: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company, requested service and your message.
• Usage data: IP address, cookie identifiers, device and browser type, language, pages viewed, actions on the site and referral source.
• Server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, page URL and User-Agent.
• We do not process special categories of personal data or biometrics, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. Legal bases and purposes

Contact forms: processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 13 PIPL, Art. 6 of 152-FZ). Purpose: to reply to your request, provide a consultation and prepare a proposal.

News and newsletters: only with separate consent. Purpose: to keep you informed about our products and events.

Analytics: only after consent given in the cookie banner. Purpose: to understand how the site is used and improve it.

Server logs: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and compliance with legal requirements.

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for monetary consideration.

4. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working. We use the fts77_consent cookie to store your choice for 12 months.

Analytics cookies are loaded only after your consent. If you decline, analytics scripts are not loaded at all.

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, Google LLC (USA), stored for up to 24 months.
• _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc — Yandex Metrica, Yandex LLC (Russia), stored for up to 12 months.
• ymab — Varioqub, Yandex LLC (Russia), stored for up to 12 months.
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

5. Sharing and cross-border transfers

Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics web analytics.

Yandex LLC (Russia) — Yandex Metrica web analytics and Varioqub A/B testing.

OpenStreetMap Foundation (UK) — maps on the contacts page; when a map loads, your IP address is sent to this service.

Email notifications are handled by the Operator's own SMTP server.

Cross-border transfer to the USA (Google) is based on your consent. For EU users the transfer relies on your explicit consent (Art. 49 GDPR); where required, the Operator enters into Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

6. Retention

• Form requests — up to 3 years from the last interaction or until consent is withdrawn.
• Newsletter subscription — until consent is withdrawn.
• Analytics data — within the lifetime of the relevant cookies, but no longer than 24 months.
• Server logs — up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, access it and obtain a copy, ask for correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent and receive your data in a machine-readable format.

• Russia (152-FZ): rights of the data subject, including access, correction, blocking and deletion.
• EU (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
• China (PIPL): access, copying, correction, deletion, data portability and withdrawal of consent.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): to know what data is collected, to delete and correct it, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of data and not to be discriminated against. We do not sell or share personal data within the meaning of the CCPA.
• Send requests to info@fts77.ru. We respond within 30 days unless the law sets another deadline.

8. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw analytics consent via "Cookie settings". Consent to form processing and newsletters can be withdrawn by email to info@fts77.ru. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to employees who need it for their work. We apply data minimisation, pseudonymisation of identifiers and retention limits.

10. Children

The site is not intended for persons under 16 (EU users) or under 14 (Russian users). We do not knowingly collect children's data. If such data was submitted, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page; the update date is shown at the top.
